Two-year-old Bristol boy dies in fall from moving car

A TWO-year-old toddler has died after falling out of a moving car.
The boy, who lived in Stockwood, was being given a lift by a relative when she heard his seatbelt unclip.
It is understood that as she was pulling up in Hollway Road near The Concorde pub to fasten the seatbelt again, the door opened and the boy fell to the ground.
An air ambulance was scrambled and rushed the 26-month-old boy to Frenchay Hospital where he later died.
Police have not yet named the child.
They are appealing for witnesses who might have seen the accident which happened at about 3pm yesterday.
Police closed the road while experts carried out an examination of the scene.
