Libya's Abdel Hakim Belhaj to launch Hizb al-Watan Islamic party
A new Islamic party, Hizb al-Watan, is due to be launched in Libya this week. The party is founded by Abdel Hakim Belhaj who resigned from his post as military commander of Tripoli on May 15 to enter the political arena.
